Develop and communicate a clear vision for how data and insight will support operational performance, service improvement and long-term strategic objectives. Establish and maintain a single, trusted source of performance information across the pensions dashboards ecosystem. Lead the production of executive reporting, performance insights and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership, governance boards and external stakeholders.
