Summary of the role: The Data Office is a newly formed function within Diligenta that has been created specifically to oversee data use, governance and control within the organisation, as well as to grow and evolve the use of data providing a better journey for our clients and their customers. Delivering excellent customer journeys is core to Diligenta''s ''One Diligenta'' model strategy and is key to Building "Purpose and Pride". Responsibility for and governance around Data in our Organisation is a key part of this, as we are committed to providing and using relevant data to achieve the right outcomes for our clients, their customers and our colleagues. This position will be the focal point for Data Governance within Diligenta, as well as overseeing the implementation of the Governance parts of our data strategy. It will also be responsible for building out the Data governance team, frameworks, guidance and controls.
