Data Governance Lead - Microsoft Purview

On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Data Governance Lead - Microsoft Purview (Inside IR35) for a 6 month Remote contract, with occasional visits to Homes England offices. Job purpose We are seeking a Data Governance Lead with hands-on Microsoft Purview experience to advance data governance across the organisation as part of the Data Architecture and Governance team within the Data andamp; Analytics directorate. This role combines strategic governance leadership with practical implementation, with a focus on unstructured data, data quality and metadata management. You will work closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards and technical teams to embed strong data management practices and ensure the quality, integrity and visibility of data across the agency.
