This role entails employees adding, verifying and editing written or audio data to a company''s system. Companies often need meetings and discussions transcribing, while raw data and sales numbers will also need inputting depending on the company''s needs. Although collecting data and entering it into company''s systems will be the bulk of the work that is done, there are many other factors too it including. Fulfilling general administrative tasks, answering calls and distributing incoming mail.Reviewing data to find any errors.Keeping and maintaining customer accounts and records.Printing, scanning and storing physical and electronical documents. This is a customer focussed position, where you will communicate effectively both over the phones and via emails, dealing with customer queries.
