This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and confidence working with databases and online portals.Day-to-day of the role:Process vehicle infringement notices, parking fines, and traffic-related penalties received by post.Accurately enter information into the company database.Review documentation to identify the correct driver/customer details.Upload supporting evidence, including agreements and associated records.Contact issuing authorities, councils, and the DVLA via online portals and email where required.Process liability transfer requests and maintain accurate records.Update internal systems and ensure all deadlines are met.Provide general administrative support as required.Required Skills and Qualifications:Previous administration or data entry experience.Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.Confident using Microsoft Office, email, and online systems.Organised and able to manage a repetitive workload efficiently.Able to follow established processes and procedures.Available to start at short notice.Assignment Details:Duration: 1-2 weeks.Hours: 5-6 hours per day.Start: Immediate start available.If you''re looking for a short-term administration ..... full job details .....
