Data Entry Administrator
to allow us to continue our exciting growth plans.Our aim is to take the service we offer to the next level, to push the boundaries of what’s available, and to create great customer experiences consistent with our values. Does that sound like something you’d like to be part of?If you have an eye for detail and you are a natural auditor, you will thrive within this fast-paced data entry role. You will work within our Customer Service Department and be responsible for setting up new customer agreements in our core system with accuracy, speed and the achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) being key.
Responsibilities
Input new customer agreements accurately into our lease management systemMaintain accurate records on our electronic systems and scan and file documents accordinglySend Welcome Packs to customers within set, regulatory timescales and adhere to our security standardsWork collaboratively with team mates and other departments to ensure the best possible customer journeyFollow all company processes, procedures and regulatory requirements e.g. Data Protection, always ensuring compliance standards are metBuild and maintain a strong knowledge of core leasing products and ancillary services in asset finance
Key skills
Computer literate and able to produce a high standard of presentation in all correspondenceExcellent attention to detailAbility to handle changing priorities and work to deadlines
