Data Engineering Manager Salary - up to £110,000 + Discretionary Bonus Hybrid working - x3 days a week in office (Central London) Spencer Rose are currently on the look out for a Data Engineering Manager for one of their key clients based in Central London. Within this role, the Data Engineering Manager will be responsible for leading a Global team of Data Engineers spanning across the UK, Dubai andamp; Australia. The Data Engineering Manager will have the following responsibilities - Lead global engineering teams across data platforms, SharePoint, and Power Apps, ensuring clear purpose, consistent ways of working, and high performance. Drive high-quality data engineering delivery by embedding strong standards, maintaining sprint discipline, and guiding planning to achieve predictable, efficient outcomes. Collaborate with DTO, IT, Product, and Project teams to align priorities, remove blockers, and promote a data-driven culture. Manage vendor engineering teams to ensure quality delivery, alignment with Multiplex standards, and strong value for investment. The Data Engineering Manager will need to have the following skills/experience - Must have experience leading/managing a team of Data Engineers (Ideally responsible for a team of 5 or more) Must have hands on experience with Data Bricks, Power Platform andamp; Azure Fabric Previous experience working within the Azure cloud space Must have experience managing Vendors. ..... full job details .....
