As a Lead Data Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, building and optimising scalable data solutions while providing technical leadership to a team of engineers and analyst. Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of data platforms from on-premise environments to Databricks Design and develop scalable data pipelines and data integration solutions Drive best practices across data engineering, architecture and governance Mentor and support data engineers/analysts within the team Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions Improve platform performance, reliability and scalability Contribute to the long-term data strategy and roadmap Skills and Experience Strong experience in Data Engineering roles, including leadership or mentoring responsibilities Hands-on experience with Databricks Experience delivering cloud-based data platforms and migration projects Strong SQL Experience ..... full job details .....
