This Data Engineer role is focused on stabilising, improving and enhancing existing data pipelines, alongside supporting ongoing modernisation and cloud migration activities. The Role The successful Data Engineer will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of existing ETL processes, working across a hybrid on-premise and Azure-based data platform. Key responsibilities include: Testing, troubleshooting and supporting existing ETL and data ingestion processes Investigating and resolving data issues, failures and performance bottlenecks Enhancing and optimising existing SSIS packages and SQL-based integrations Developing new ingestion pipelines and transformation logic where required Performing data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance activities Supporting wider data platform modernisation and Azure migration initiatives Collaborating with analytics and reporting teams to ensure downs...
