Fibre & Data Cable Installer – Liverpool

Rate: £21.25 per hour (CIS)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
Location: Hospital sites across Liverpool and surrounding areas (Royal Liverpool & Aintree)
Contract: Minimum 3-month contract with the potential for extension
Start Date: Immediate

We''re currently looking for 2 experienced Fibre & Data Cable Installers / Data Engineers to join our client''s team. This role involves the installation, termination, and testing of both data and fibre cabling across multiple hospital sites in the Liverpool area.

• Install, terminate, and test Cat5e and Cat6a structured cabling to industry standards
• Install fibre optic cabling, including termination and testing
• Install containment systems, data outlets, cabinets, and communications room infrastructure
• Patch, label, and neatly dress cabinets, racks, and patch panels
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with structured cabling and site standards

• Valid ECS Card (essential)
• Current DBS Check
• Own vehicle and tools (a pool vehicle may be available if required)
• Proven experience with structured cabling installations and testing
• Ability to work independently and maintain high installation standards

• CITB Health & Safety Awareness qualification
