Data Engineer - Oxford (On-site)

Contract Data Engineer - Oxford - On-site (5 days p/w)-

I have a short piece of work available for an experienced contractor who''s-based within commutable distance to Oxford-and able to commit to working-on-site, 5 days per week.-

Rate:--(Apply online only) per day (Outside IR35)
Duration:-5 weeks (could extend to Xmas)-
Working Patterns:-5 days on-site per week-
Location:-Oxfordshire
Interview Stages:-1 stage, face-to-face, next week.-


The Project:
Opus have partnered with a leading manufacturing client who''re in need of a Data Engineer with strong scripting knowledge and migration experience to provide interim support for ongoing data migration activity, moving SQL Data (held in MySQL Database) to GCP / BigQuery.-

Requirements:

• Strong scripting knowledge (most desirable would-be PHP & Python)-
• Excellent SQL knowledge and project experience.-
• Prior contracting experience on migratory projects / programmes of work-
• Understanding of API''s, and Medallion (Bronze, Silver, Gold) Architecture.-

• GCP & BigQuery experience
• Immediate availability-
