You ll work closely with our Lead Technology Architect and wider technology team to build scalable data solutions, improve performance, automate processes and ensure our data is reliable, secure and ready to support reporting, analytics and digital products.Key Responsibilities Take ownership of our cloud data environment, identifying opportunities to improve performance, scalability and cost efficiency. Design and implement scalable data storage, structures and cloud solutions. Build automated ETL/ELT pipelines and integrations between operational systems, third-party platforms and internal applications. Develop reliable data models and layered data structures to support consistent reporting and analytics. Monitor and optimise database performance, including query and index optimisation. Establish data governance, security, backup, disaster recovery and audit processes. Build and maintain data marts and semantic models supporting business intelligence and reporting.
