If you''re interested in delivering real value through your work, we’d love to hear from you!What you’ll bring to AnswerDesigning and implementing complex data pipelines, leveraging both NoSQL and relational databases.Developing and managing cloud-based data solutions, ensuring scalability and security.Leading and mentoring junior data engineers, promoting knowledge sharing and growth.Implementing and overseeing CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of data services.Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other backend languages relevant to data processing.Nice to have experience in:Participating in the organisation and delivery of our Data Engineer Academy.Automating data processes and integrating ETL workflows with scripting skills.Using BI tools and techniques to deliver actionable insights.Applying best practices in software design, principles, and architecture.Staying updated on data engineering trends, especially healthcare data standards (SNOMED, FHIR, HL7).Understanding the role of a consultancy and sharing a passion for solving customer problems.The perks of working at AnswerWe’re an Employee-Owned Company.
