Data Engineer (Python, SQL) 38K Coventry based - Hybrid working - 4 days onsite working I''m currently working with an established retail business that''s investing heavily in its data function and is looking to add a Data Engineer to the team.This is a great opportunity to join a business where you''ll play a key role in developing and maintaining data solutions that support business-critical decision making across the organisation. You''ll be working closely with a collaborative team, helping to build robust data pipelines, improve data quality and deliver reliable reporting and insights.What they''re looking for:Strong experience with Python, SQL and ExcelExperience building and maintaining ETL/data pipelinesKnowledge of data modelling and database designStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsNice to have:Azure (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks or similar)Power BIGit or Azure DevOpsExperience working with cloud-based data platformsExposure to retail, eCommerce or customer dataThis is a 4 days per week onsite position based in Coventry, offering the chance to work within a supportive team that''s genuinely investing in its data capabilities.
