You''ll be responsible for driving delivery discipline, coordinating multiple workstreams, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across data engineering and business teams. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of data projects (Databricks-focused) Act as Scrum Master across Agile teams (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros) Coordinate cross-functional teams (data engineers, analysts, Salesforce teams) Manage delivery plans, risks, dependencies, and timelines Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technology Ensure alignment between Data platform and Salesforce use cases Track KPIs, delivery metrics, and reporting Requirements Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Scrum Master Strong experience delivering data platform projects (Databricks preferred) Experience working with Salesforce environments Solid Agile/Scrum experience Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple streams simultaneously Nice to Have Experience with Azure/AWS data platforms Exposure to data engineering concepts (ETL, pipelines, lakehouse) Scrum certification (CSM, PSM) ..... full job details .....
