The company works across sourcing, trading, and logistics and is currently undertaking a short-term data improvement project to support internal systems and CRM accuracy.DescriptionReview and cleanse large volumes of data across spreadsheets to ensure accuracy and completeness.Identify and correct errors, duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete records in line with agreed processes.Standardise data formats (e.g. naming conventions, categories, addresses) to ensure consistency across datasets.Validate data accuracy against source information where available and flag any uncertainties.Organise and categorise data to support efficient retrieval and CRM upload readiness.Maintain clear records of updates and changes made, ensuring traceability of data amendments.Communicate data quality issues and improvements clearly with internal stakeholders.Adhere strictly to data confidentiality and data protection requirements at all times.ProfileA successful Data Cleansing Admin should have:Previous experience in an administrative, data handling ..... full job details .....
