Working as part of a 24/7 operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring critical infrastructure, responding to alarms and operational events, supporting engineering teams, and providing hands-on technical support across the facility. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in data centres, critical facilities, telecommunications, IT infrastructure, utilities, manufacturing, defence, building services or technical operations environments who are looking to build a career within one of the world''s fastest-growing industries. As a frontline operations professional, you will play a key role in maintaining site availability, operational resilience and customer service standards within a live data centre environment. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor BMS, DCIM and alarm management systems, ensuring operational issues are identified and escalated appropriately.Carry out routine inspections of critical infrastructure and data halls, reporting any faults, risks or abnormal operating conditions.Provide first-line response to infrastructure alarms, equipment faults and operational incidents, following established escalation procedures.Support the ..... full job details .....
