Data Centre Manager Location: North West Salary: 65,000 + Bonus + Benefits Employment: Permanent Sector: Data Centres / Critical Infrastructure The Opportunity Nova Artes is working with a leading organisation within the data centre and mission-critical sector to recruit an experienced Data Centre Manager. This is a senior site-based leadership position offering a 65,000 basic salary plus bonus, with responsibility for the safe, reliable and efficient operation of a critical data centre environment. You will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the facility, leading engineering and technical teams while maintaining exceptional standards across uptime, compliance, maintenance and customer service. Key Responsibilities Overall operational management of the data centre Lead, manage and develop engineering and facilities teams Ensure maximum availability and resilience of critical infrastructure Oversee planned and reactive maintenance Manage specialist contractors and service providers Manage critical works, change control and permit-to-work processes Ensure full compliance with Health and Safety and site procedures Manage incidents, escalations and emergency response Review RAMS, permits and safe systems of work Monitor KPIs, SLAs and overall site performance Support budgets, lifecycle planning and CAPEX/OPEX activity Drive continuous improvement across engineering and operational processes Maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders Technical ..... full job details .....
