Data Centre Manager - Data Centre Ops, £55k - 65k London Bench IT requires an experienced Data Centre Manager, to manage the day-to-day running of a Data Centre environment. The Data Centre Manager will lead and develop a team, ensure services are delivered against SLAs, and apply ITIL best practice across service and change management. The role covers full project life cycle management, financial and operational reporting, and hands-on knowledge of Data Centre technologies and telecoms cabling infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Leading, managing, and developing a team within a Data Centre environment Ensuring service delivery meets contractual and SLA requirements Managing projects through the full life cycle Applying ITIL processes for service measurement and change management Producing financial and operational reports, including trend analysis Supporting telecommunications infrastructure cabling and Data Centre technologies Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and industry partners Maintaining high standards of governance within a regulated environment Required Skills andamp; Experience Demonstrable experience in staff leadership and people management Experience managing projects across the full life cycle Proven experience working within a Data Centre environment Strong Service Delivery Management experience Experience working in banking or other highly regulated environments Strong understanding of Data Centre technologies, ..... full job details .....
