Projects are led from our UK-based data centre team, collaborating with local and global teams to ensure successful delivery.We seek a candidate with a strong technical background in the DC sector to lead multi-disciplinary architectural and engineering projects at a senior level. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, internal governance, risk, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.The role offers flexibility within the UK/Ireland, with requirements to travel across Europe. Local residence or willingness to relocate is preferred.Responsibilities include:Leading a portfolio of data centre projects across EuropeManaging client and internal teams, governance, and complianceCoordinating bids and supplier requestsLeading meetings, financial reviews, and reportingEnsuring quality and resource management across projectsCandidate Profile:Chartered Engineer or equivalent with data centre expertiseExperience in leading complex, multi-disciplinary design projectsStrong communication and relationship-building skillsCommercial acumen in risk, governance, and profitabilityWillingness to travel within UK/Ireland and EuropeQualifications:Deep understanding of building systems, regulations, contractsProficiency with Revit, Microsoft Office, digital platformsKnowledge of design workflows in fast-paced environmentsValid driving license and ability to manage prioritiesAbout AECOMAECOM is a global infrastructure consulting firm delivering services across the project lifecycle, including advisory, design, engineering, and construction management.
