We''re looking for a EHSQ Senior Manager to work on a hyperscale Data Centres around the UK and Europe. This candidate is required to establish and lead health, safety and quality standards for a specialist AI infrastructure business delivering complex data centre environments. This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced EHS and quality professional who can create frameworks from the ground up while remaining closely involved with site delivery. The role combines strategic ownership with practical site engagement. You will define EHSQ standards, develop inspection and quality methodologies, audit contractor performance, investigate incidents and work directly with project stakeholders to ensure consistent safety and quality expectations across multiple sites.
