This permanent position as Data Centre Construction Director in London offers a salary of £170,000 to £190,000 plus package. The successful candidate will bridge corporate leadership and site operations for a £500million+ iconic major project, managing multiple large-scale packages, senior staff, and client relationships. Key duties include strategic leadership, high-level operational oversight, driving operational performance, and streamlining pre-construction activities. Applicants should possess extensive senior management experience within major construction, ideally as a Senior Construction Manager or Operations and Contract Senior Manager seeking progression. Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver complex schemes are essential. This role suits an experienced professional ready to step up into a director-level appointment.

A Top Tier UK and European Construction Contractor now require the services of an experienced Construction Director to deliver a £500million+ iconic major project.

This Construction Director will bridge the gap between corporate leadership and site operations, managing multiple large-scale packages and developments, senior staff, and handling client relationships.

Strategic leadership and high-level operational oversight across one of the companies iconic projects
Driving operational performance, streamlining pre-construction and delivery processes
Ensure all projects are completed safely, to a high quality, on schedule, and within budget, while supporting corporate growth
Oversee the planning, execution, and logistical requirements of multiple complex construction packages simultaneously
Direct, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of senior personnel from operations, commercial, design, Handamp;S and planning
Lead high-value contract negotiations with clients, sub-contractors, and legal teams
Proactively identify, mitigate, and manage financial, legal, and operational risks
