Job Title: Data Centre AnalystLocation: Wokingham (Hybrid - 3 days in office per week)Contract Type: Contract (6 months)Day Rate: £425 (Inside IR35)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Analyst to join our team in Wokingham on a 6-month contract. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our data centre estate, safeguarding business-critical services and infrastructure. As a Data Centre Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, auditing, and maintaining systems within the data centre environment, as well as supporting change and incident management processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and represent the estate in workshops, audits, and governance forums. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safe and reliable operation of the data centre estate, protecting housed services. Conduct regular IT asset audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Maintain and manage capacity within the Nlyte DCIM tool (or equivalent). Oversee changes and risks via the Change Control Process. Raise and manage change and incident tickets where required. Provide incident management support in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Represent the data centre estate in CABs, workshops, and multi-disciplinary meetings. Validate technical designs for safe housing and supportability. Deliver data centre inductions and maintain access records to meet safety requirements.
