HVAP Shift Engineer

What you''ll be doingCarrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building systems and plantResponding to BMS alarms and performing emergency repairs when neededActing as an Authorised Person (HVAP), preparing switching schedules and ensuring safe isolation/reinstatement of HV/LV equipmentEnsuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standardsSupervising subcontractors and ensuring they follow site proceduresKeeping accurate maintenance records and supporting with incident responseBuilding strong working relationships with client staff and your shift teamMaintaining professional standards and delivering excellent customer service

What you''ll bringHV Authorisation (essential)Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical discipline18th Edition Wiring RegulationsStrong experience in a critical environment (data centres preferred)Excellent fault-finding and incident management skillsGood understanding of health and safety and safe systems of workA proactive, organised, and reliable approachStrong communication skills and a team-player mindset
