Data Cabling Installer

ODIN Recruitment -are currently recruiting experienced Data Cabling Engineers for a variety of construction project in Birmingham. This role involves the installation of both copper and fibre cabling as part of a major infrastructure rollout.

-Scope of Work:

• Installation, pulling, terminating, and testing of copper data cabling
• Pulling of fibre optic cabling (termination may be handled separately)
• Working in a busy construction site environment
• Ensuring quality, compliance, and adherence to site safety standards

-Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years'' experience in structured cabling installation
• Valid ECS or CSCS card
• IPAF certified
• Ability to read and follow site plans and cable schematics
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Must be able to provide 2 recent references from relevant structured cabling work
