This Data Cabling Engineer role offers a mix of BAU and project work, ideal for a hands-on individual looking to grow within a stable environment.Key Responsibilities Terminate data outlets and patch panels to a high industry standardTest structured cabling systems using a Fluke DTX 5000 testerAccurately document installation activities and test resultsInstall and configure wireless access points across hospital sitesSupport fibre cabling projects and gain exposure to additional technologiesWork collaboratively on-site (no lone working)Adhere to CSCS/ESC regulations and strict health andamp; safety standards Key Requirements Valid CSCS or ESC card (essential)Minimum 3 years'' experience in data cabling or telecomsProven experience in terminating, installing, and testing structured cabling systemsEligible for DBS clearance (processed by employer)Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between Birmingham sitesBased in or able to commute to BirminghamReliable, proactive, and trustworthy approach to workComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment Apply today to speak with VIQU in confidence or contact Fay Toomey via the VIQU webiste.
