Data Architect - SC ClearedTelford (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)6-Month Contract 550 - 600 per day InsideIR35Active SC Clearance is essential for this roleWe are supporting a major UK public sector digital transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Data Architect to join a high-profile delivery team designing enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.You will take ownership of end-to-end data architecture, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to design scalable, secure and governed data solutions.Responsibilities:- Designing enterprise data architectures, including data modelling, governance, metadata, lineage and quality- Defining modern data platforms including data lakes, data warehouses and lakehouse architectures- Designing ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration solutions- Advising on cloud-based data platforms, virtualisation and modern analytics architectures- Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from design through to implementation- Supporting architecture governance, best practice and technical assurance- Working with engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions across Agile environmentsSkills and Experience:- Enterprise Data Architecture- Data Warehousing, Data Lakes and Lakehouse solutions- Data Modelling and Data Governance- ETL/ELT Architecture- Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)- Relational and NoSQL databases- Data Virtualisation- Analytics and BI platforms (Power BI, ..... full job details .....
