This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on data professional who enjoys shaping strategy while remaining close to the technology. The organisation is at a pivotal stage in its data journey, offering the chance to establish a Data Architecture practice from the ground up and influence how data is managed, governed and leveraged across the business. Key Responsibilities Assess the organisation''s current data landscape, identifying gaps, challenges and opportunities within a fragmented environment. Develop a clear and scalable data architecture roadmap aligned to organisational priorities and future business needs. Create and maintain enterprise, domain, conceptual, logical and physical data models to provide a consistent and shared view of data across the organisation. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data requirements, map data flows and design effective data solutions. Define data architecture standards, principles and best practices to promote consistency, quality and reuse. Design approaches that improve data interoperability, integration and governance across multiple systems and services.
