Data and Research Analyst

Opportunity for a Research and Data Analyst to join a dynamic business on an interim basis. You will lead quantitative research and analytical projects, identify evidence gaps, and deliver evidence-based insights to stakeholders that support strategic and operational decision-making. Description RESEARCH AND DATA ANALYST Design, lead and deliver quantitativeresearch projects addressing strategic and operational business challenges. Develop robust research methodologies, including survey design, sampling strategies and statistical analysis plans. Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, opportunities and emerging issues. Conduct descriptive, statistical and time series analysis. Extract, manipulate and analyse data using R from databases and structured data sources. Assess the suitability, quality and reliability of internal and external datasets. Translate analytical findings into practical recommendations for non-technical audiences. Produce high-quality reports, presentations and evidence-based outputs. Collaborate with policy, strategy, operational and subject matter experts. Provide specialist guidance on research design, analytical approaches and interpretation of findings. Support changing business priorities by working flexibly across research and analytical projects.
