Data and Reporting Analyst

Robert Half are working with a well-established organisation based in the Slough area to recruit a Data and Reporting Analyst into their small IT team.This is an excellent opportunity for a data-savvy, commercially minded analyst who wants more ownership than simply producing reports. You''ll play a key role in turning operational data into meaningful insight, helping senior stakeholders understand performance and, importantly, identifying when something doesn''t look right.The role will suit someone who combines strong Power BI capability with curiosity, intuition and the confidence to challenge the numbers.The RoleYou''ll be responsible for bringing together data from multiple systems, developing intuitive Power BI dashboards and providing analysis that supports operational and strategic decision-making.A key part of the role will be interpreting the data rather than simply presenting it.
