Data and Performance Lead

A Housing Association is seeking an experienced interim Data and Performance Lead to provide dedicated support to the Governance and Assurance Team over a 6-month period. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, excellent business intelligence skills, and the ability to translate organisational data into meaningful insight that supports decision-making at Executive, Committee, Board and operational levels. Working closely with the Head of Governance and Assurance, the post-holder will play a key role in strengthening the Performance Reporting Framework, ensuring high-quality, accurate and timely performance information across all areas of the business. The interim role will contribute to the development of several strategic reporting areas identified in the Business Plan:Health and SafetyAutomate production of our Health and Safety ScorecardReview and enhance our compliance dashboard, ensuring effective monitoring of prescribed timescales and actions.Extract and visualise data from Health and Safety Inspection Forms, producing dashboards that:Show compliance with inspection schedulesEnable exception reportingHighlight defects requiring actionRegulatory and Compliance ReportingSupport the development of Ofgem Heat Network Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory return requirements.Build dashboards to provide clear assurance of compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard, in line with the action plan.Operational PerformanceDevelop dashboards ..... full job details .....
