This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator, analyst, or customer-focused professional who enjoys investigating issues, analysing data, resolving queries, and ensuring financial accuracy. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying and recovering costs incurred through operational inefficiencies and supporting the wider business with reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities Investigate and analyse additional operational costs and identify opportunities for revenue recovery. Gather and collate supporting evidence to enable costs to be accurately recharged to customers. Investigate customer queries relating to account discrepancies, product differences, and service issues. Conduct detailed root cause analysis to determine liability for operational delays and inefficiencies. Produce accurate reports and analysis to support business decision-making. Support ad hoc projects and provide analytical insight where required. Work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues efficiently.
