Job Title: Data and MIS Officer - Immediate Start (Temp-to-Perm) Location: School in the Borough of Westminster, London Hours: 37.5 per week (8:00am-4:00pm, 30-min unpaid break) Rate: 17 - 18 per hour Are you an experienced Data and MIS professional ready to start immediately?We are urgently seeking a Data and MIS Officer to join a school in Westminster on a temp-to-perm basis. This key role ensures school data is accurate, secure, and used to support student progress and whole-school performance. What You''ll Do:Maintain and manage data across Arbor and other MIS systems (DfE and GDPR compliant)Produce reports for SLT, subject leaders, and governorsSupport timetabling, admissions, enrolment, and student recordsMonitor attendance, assessment data, and identify trendsProvide MIS training and support to staffAssist with exams, behaviour systems, and general admin during peak periods What We''re Looking For:School-based experience in data management, timetabling, or assessment data (all three ideal)Arbor experience is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsKnowledge of DfE and GDPR requirements Why Join Us: This role is essential to the smooth running of the school and provides a real opportunity to make an impact.
