Data and Insight Specialist (Change / Portfolio Management / PMO) £40,000 - £50,000 + circa 15% bonus, a generous pension and other excellent benefits 12 month FTC West Midlands / Hybrid / 1 day a week in the office The Company My client is a large and nationally recognised financial services business who are known for being one of the UK''s ''great places to work'', having won multiple awards. They are headquartered in the West Midlands with the requirement to be on-site 1 day per week on average. This would be a 12 month fixed term contract initially. The Role As a Data and Insights Specialist you will play a pivotal role in enabling data-led decision making across an Enterprise Business Change Portfolio. This is a key role that supports the successful delivery of business change initiatives by providing expert analysis, performance tracking, and visual storytelling to senior stakeholders including ExCo. Key Responsibilities Deliver insightful analysis and reporting using advanced data manipulation and visualisation techniques. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify analytical needs and provide thematic insights that enhance decision making. Monitor key performance indicators and resource allocation trends, offering recommendations to optimise delivery outcomes. Lead the production of accurate, timely, and engaging reports that support portfolio governance and performance tracking.
