Acting as an internal data consultant, you will translate complex marketing performance data into actionable commercial recommendations, shape campaign measurement frameworks, and optimize digital marketing performance across high-profile media releases.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalytics and Visualisation: Build, maintain, and own bespoke Tableau reporting solutions and dashboards to democratize data access for internal and external stakeholders.Measurement Frameworks: Define "metrics that matter", establish performance frameworks, and conduct correlation/regression analysis to evaluate marketing and media effectiveness.Audience and 1st Party Data Strategy: Support 1st-party data strategies across CRM, Web Analytics, and Social to maximize efficiencies in paid digital campaigns (targeting, lookalike modeling, exclusions).Continuous Improvement: Assess current data pipelines, resolve reporting delays, and work alongside technical teams (Engineering/Data Science) to ensure high data integrity.Stakeholder Enablement: Upskill marketing ..... full job details .....
