You’ll shape how an organisation thinks, decides, and grows - turning complex data into clear direction for executive and board-level stakeholders. Reporting into the Head of IT, you’ll lead the Data & Insights function - owning the strategy, the team, and the output. You’ll partner closely with Finance, Operations, Marketing, HR, and the Executive Leadership Team to embed a data-driven culture across the organisation. This isn’t a hands-off management role.
