We''re now looking for a Data and Insight Analyst to join our growing Analytics team, playing a key role in shaping how data and insight drive decision-making across the business. The Role This is a hands-on leadership role combining advanced analytics with team leadership. You''ll take ownership of key insight delivery, lead a small team of analysts, and partner with senior stakeholders to translate data into meaningful commercial outcomes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop Power BI models, dashboards and reporting solutions Analyse large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities Build and deploy advanced analytics and machine learning models Collaborate with data engineering teams to shape data pipelines Lead, mentor and develop a team of analysts Work closely with senior leaders and business functions to deliver insight-led solutions Present clear, actionable insights to both technical and non-technical audiences What We''re Looking For Strong experience in data science, analytics or business intelligence (typically 10+ years) Advanced knowledge of Python and SQL ..... full job details .....
