Data and Digital Director, UK and Ireland

About the role As Data and Digital Director for the UK and Ireland (Director, Data Office Management), you will lead the digital transformation and data strategy across the business. You''ll drive operational excellence, improve customer experience, and enable growth through data, analytics, AI and digital innovation. You will also act as the Zone Data Officer, ensuring strong data governance, quality and compliance while helping the organisation maximise the value of its data assets. This role reports directly to our VP Customer Operations, UK and Ireland and will have a functional reporting line to the Group Chief Data Officer. What will you do? Define and deliver the UKandI digital and data strategy, aligned to business objectives and transformation programmes. Lead high-performing Data and Digital teams across a complex, matrix environment. Drive data governance, master data management, data quality and privacy compliance. Champion the use of AI, automation, analytics and digital tools to improve efficiency and customer experience. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, optimise systems and accelerate digital adoption. Develop insights that support better business decisions, commercial performance and growth. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Services and Operations leaders to deliver data-driven solutions. Foster a culture of data ownership, continuous improvement and collaboration.
