Location: East London Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience and agreed hours) Start Date: As soon as possible Contract: Part Time, Permanent Working Pattern: To be agreed A successful and ambitious secondary school in East London is seeking an experienced and highly organised Data and Assessment Officer to join its administration and leadership support team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with experience working within a school environment and a strong understanding of MIS systems, assessment data, reporting and examinations administration. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the school s data and assessment systems. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data, assessment records and reporting information. Produce performance reports, assessment analysis and statutory returns. Support senior leaders with progress tracking, data analysis and school improvement priorities. Assist with the coordination of internal and external examinations. Support exam entries, timetables, invigilation arrangements, results days and certificate distribution. Liaise with examination boards and relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance with JCQ regulations. Maintain student groups, timetables, academic calendars and registration structures within the MIS.
