Data and AI Governance Specialist

Your new role We are seeking a Data and AI Governance Specialist to support the growth and maturity of an enterprise-wide Data and AI Governance function.This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in strengthening data governance, supporting responsible AI adoption, and improving the quality, visibility and control of organisational data assets. Working closely with Data Owners, Data Stewards, governance leaders and key business stakeholders, you will help embed governance practices that enable data-driven decision making, analytics, automation and AI initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Data and AI governance processes, forums and reportingAdminister Microsoft Purview, including metadata, business glossary and data catalogue managementProduce governance metrics, dashboards and management informationSupport Data Owners and Data Stewards with governance activitiesMaintain governance documentation, audit records and evidenceAssist with AI governance reviews, compliance monitoring and assurance activitiesHelp drive governance awareness and continuous improvement initiativesEssential ExperienceMicrosoft Purview experienceBackground in Data Governance or Information GovernanceExperience with data catalogues, metadata and governance frameworksStrong reporting, documentation and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience producing governance metrics and management informationDesirableData stewardship experienceAudit and compliance supportDAMA, Microsoft or governance ..... full job details .....
