Data and AI Governance Manager Full time, Permanent Department - Data and Data Science Location - UK Flexible (with travel to London, Selby or Ipswich as required) Salary - up to £78,000 Closing date: 19 August About the role: We''re looking for a Data and AI Governance Manager to join our Data and Data Science team. As a Data and AI Governance Manager, you''ll help ensure Drax''s data and AI assets are trusted, compliant and effectively used to deliver business value. You''ll lead Data Governance across key strategic programmes, strengthening governance practices, managing Data and AI risk, supporting compliance, and enabling the responsible scaling of AI across Drax. You''ll lead the development and continuous improvement of Data and AI Governance across Drax, ensuring appropriate frameworks, policies, standards and controls are in place. Working across strategic programmes, you''ll support compliance, audit and risk management activities, oversee data quality and critical data governance, and help embed effective governance operating models, roles and responsibilities. You''ll drive the adoption of metadata, data catalogue and lineage capabilities, support AI governance and model oversight, facilitate governance forums, and provide KPI reporting and insight to senior stakeholders.
