Data Analytics Specialist

On behalf of the MOD we are looking for a Data Analytics Specialist (Inside IR35) for a 6 month contract. Hybrid working based in Bristol, with occasional travel to London and Reading. As a Data Analytics Specialist you will play a critical role in helping the programme define, develop and embed the analytics capability needed to support modern HR services across Defence. Working tightly with the DefHRS Design Leads, Data Teams, business owners and external delivery partners, you will help craft and translate user and business information needs into clear reporting, analytics and insight requirements. You will lead and support the development of process design, functional dashboards, management information and analytical outputs that enable better decision-making, improve visibility of process and service performance, and help Defence realise the benefits of its investment in Oracle Fusion and related analytics capability.
