The Data analysts play a crucial role in creating unique reports from data available in multiple locations and providing vital insights into the root cause of quality defects and inventory adjustments. ICQA Data Analyst will work closely with the ICQA, Learning and Finance departments to provide data and analytical support for the business.Responsibilities

Development of data collection processes and data management systemsDesigning of queries, compiling of data, and generation of reports in SQLCharting and graphing of data for reporting purposesDeveloping dashboard (Amazon Quicksight) to support business decision making and dive deep activitiesDevelop automation solution for analysis (python)Prepare and publish reports for business reviews (Weekly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review, Project Updates)Supporting leadership team how to interpret data trends as neededIn depth research of defect trendsData collection and entry as neededPresent analysis in easily digestible standard reportsSupport to ICQA and Learning Team ProjectsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS

UAE National with a family book3+ years experience in data warehousing with demonstrated expertise in ETL processes and data modelingStrong command of SQL (including complex joins, stored procedures, and query optimization)Proven experience with at least one major BI platform (prefer QuickSight) including dashboard creation and maintenanceProficiency in Python, particularly with data analysis libraries (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn)Experience automating data collection and reporting processesDemonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutionsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
