You''ll work on a brand-new digital service with strategic importance, turning complex data into insights that help organisations make better decisions and strengthen compliance. About the role As a Data Analyst, you''ll play a key role in developing Manage Records Compliance (MRC), a new digital platform designed to improve how public bodies monitor and manage their records. You''ll turn data into clear, actionable insight, building dashboards, reporting pipelines and analytical outputs. Your work will support better oversight, highlight trends and risks, and help shape how government manages information at scale. What you''ll be doing Develop reporting pipelines, dashboards and data products Transform data into clear, reliable business intelligence Combine multiple datasets to produce insightful, high-quality outputs Identify patterns, trends and risks to support decision-making Work closely with teams to ensure outputs meet user and business needs Support the ongoing development of a new digital service used across government Enable organisations to monitor compliance and track progress What we''re looking for Qualification or experience in data analysis, analytics or data science Strong experience in data modelling, transformation and validation Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, DAX) ..... full job details .....
