London/Leeds based - Hybrid working Role The Data Analyst will design and implement post-campaign analysis (PCA) frameworks to measure retail media effectiveness and incremental sales uplift. Analyse EPOS data to evaluate campaign performance, including test vs control methodologies, product halo effects and category cannibalisation. Develop automated reporting solutions, dashboards and data visualisations to communicate campaign performance. Support the development of data ingestion pipelines, ensuring data quality, consistency and reliability. Translate complex analytical findings into compelling commercial insights and stakeholder presentations. Collaborate with internal teams and technical partners to define reporting requirements, validate solutions and ensure successful delivery. Document analytical methodologies, reporting processes and technical solutions.
