The right candidate will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights to support evidence-based decision-making. Using tools like Power BI, they will develop dashboards, produce performance analytics, and collaborate with teams to understand data needs, while promoting best practices and a data-driven culture.Key Responsibilities: Develop and Maintain Power BI Dashboards: Design, build, and continuously improve dashboards and reports to present critical performance and operational data in a clear and user-friendly format.Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with service areas and stakeholders to understand strategic goals, define measurable KPIs, and align reporting outputs with organizational objectives.Translate Requirements into Reports: Gather and analyze reporting needs from stakeholders at various levels and translate them into insightful and interactive Power BI reports.Leverage Multiple Data Sources: Utilize data from diverse sources including Microsoft Fabric, SQL Server, Excel, and cloud-based platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data integration using appropriate connectors.Adhere to Data Governance and Protection: Operate within a structured data governance framework and ensure compliance with data protection policies ..... full job details .....
