      <description>Location: London | Salary: 50000.00-50000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | My client, a non-profit organisation specialising in Education and Culture are looking for a Data Analyst to join their team to help drive data-led decision making across a portfolio of digital learning and subscription-based products. You will help stakeholders understand user behaviour, product performance and growth opportunities. Along with working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Operations teams to deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and product development.  What you''ll be responsible for  Developing and maintaining SQL queries, datasets and Power BI dashboards. Analysing product performance, customer behaviour and commercial metrics to identify trends and opportunities. Evaluating new product features, pricing initiatives and customer engagement strategies. Supporting customer journey analysis, funnel optimisation and performance benchmarking. Creating reports and visualisations that support both strategic and operational decision-making.
