Responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining analytical models to assess the impact of pay, reward, and workforce initiatives Building scenario modelling and forecasting solutions to support business planning Analysing large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Producing clear reports and presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences Translating business and policy questions into analytical solutions Managing workforce and pay datasets, ensuring data quality and accuracy Partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to provide insight and recommendations Supporting survey design, data collection activities, and wider analytical programmes Contributing to continuous improvement within the analytics function ..... full job details .....
