Responsibilities
Developing and applying data analytics and visualisation tools to support project delivery
Collecting, migrating, and managing data from multiple systems and sources
Cleaning, abstracting, and aggregating data to support analytical studies
Linking and manipulating datasets to uncover insights and trends
Presenting data and findings in clear, user-friendly formats tailored to stakeholder needs
Supporting the development of digital solutions and contributing to best practice across the team
Collaborating across projects and departments to drive innovation and continuous improvement
Qualifications
Proven experience in data analytics, data modelling, and data visualisation to support project delivery and performance improvement
Strong proficiency in SQL, with demonstrable experience in database manipulation and optimisation
Skilled in the use of industry-standard data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Qlik to develop insightful dashboards and reports
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps, to create scalable and user-centric digital solutions
Prior experience delivering data and reporting services within the built environment, ideally across infrastructure or construction programmes
Educated to HNC, HND or degree level in a relevant discipline such as Construction Management, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or similar
