The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Customer Data Analyst to deliver high-quality analytics, uncover customer trends, and play a key role in shaping our company’s success. Your day-to-day will include: £ Coding and data analysis – working with large datasets to derive meaningful insights £ Translating complex data – making analytics accessible for stakeholders £ Helping drive strategic decisions – using data to power innovation

What You’ll Need

£ Education – Degree or postgraduate qualification in a numerate or programming-oriented subject (or equivalent industry experience) £ Tech Skills – Strong SQL proficiency (Python/R a bonus) and ability to manipulate and prepare large datasets £ Communication Skills – Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences £ Analytical Expertise – Some experience or interest in hypothesis testing and statistical methods £ Passion and Collaboration – A positive, proactive team player who thrives on partnering with stakeholders to create impactful insights
